Mindful Movement, Music and Meditation for the New Year

Join us for a four-week series for the New Year!

Welcome the New Year with Movement and Song! Join Rachel in a Wednesday series in January that focuses on using movement and song to release stress and invite abundance. This class will incorporate postural yoga and guided meditation with live music (voice and Celtic harp).

If you use yoga blocks, have them handy. It might be nice to have several blankets. I always suggest a scarf or piece of fabric for the free flowing movement!

While this class is best taken in person, a recording will be available for a limited time for those who can’t join at the scheduled time.
