Mid-Winter Introspection

Join Carol and Doreen for an evening of reflection that takes its cue from the season of Winter; a time of darkness, barrenness, and imperceptible activity.  This mid-winter date that hovers between Christmas and Easter denotes natural events and religious celebration filled with symbolism that invites us to quiet introspection.

After a brief explanation of these events and symbolism, they will lead a gentle posture practice to prepare us for guided and silent meditation.

Please bring a blanket or shawl, a candle, and anything you use for an asana practice and seated meditation.
