Each Sunday of Advent, we will offer an online yoga class featuring a teacher from the Christians Practicing Yoga Community.

This week Sally Grillo will lead class inspired by Henry Ossawa Tanner’s stunning representation of The Annunciation which captures the glow on Mary’s face as she listens intently to Angel Gabriel with HOLY patience and wonder. Mary was “greatly troubled” but she remained open, allowing the Word of God to settle into her heart, mind and body, with complete trust, willing to become His instrument of grace and peace.
