Gratitude Yoga Class for Thanksgiving

Join Jane for a gentle slow moving yoga class that will focus on gratitude in preparation for Thanksgiving day.

Please bring a yoga mat and blanket. Optional props: bolster or bed pillow, block and any other props you find helpful for your practice.
