Mindful Flow with Kelly McLellan

Let's gather together to slow down, tune inward, and create space for stillness while nourishing our bodies, minds, and spirits. This mindful flow yoga class will incorporate the flow of breath-work connected to slow, mindful, and meditative movements. Our time together will begin and conclude with a meditation focusing on Scripture.

Participants are asked to bring two blocks, one strap, and a blanket.
