If you are here, you know the power of prayer. How do you pray without ceasing as Paul writes in 1 Thessalonians 5:16-17 "Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances..."? We have so many ways in Christ-centered yoga to do this! Join Carol and Doreen to explore moving prayer, awareness of breath as a way to sense the Holy Spirit praying you, breath prayer, (breathing in sync with a sacred word), just listening (Centering Prayer & Lectio Divina) and intersessionary prayer for our loved ones and for the world as we move into a new season (spring for most of us).
Doreen and Carol ask that you have a loved one in mind to dedicate the class to. Please bring props for comfortable sitting in meditation and whatever you need for gentle movement.
