I’m passionate about resilience work. I love to practice healing, growing, and stepping into power. I love teaching it, talking about it, sharing it. After training in mindfulness-based emotional resilience (EMBER) yoga, it’s now the way I move through the world. It is an ally, sustainer, and way-maker in working with trauma affected students - and - with every human being I encounter, including myself.
